Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this site with EvoX Biotech Supplies LLC ("EvoX Biolabs", "we"), a Wyoming limited liability company operating from 1951 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33136. By placing an order you accept them, together with our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

For research use only. Not for human consumption. Every product is sold only for laboratory research and in vitro use by qualified researchers.

Products are not drugs, food, dietary supplements or cosmetics, are not approved for any use in humans or animals, and must not be used to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

When you place an order you confirm, as you attest at checkout, that you will use the products only for lawful laboratory research, that you won't give them to any person or animal, and that you won't resell them for any other use.

We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe products may be used for anything other than research.

You must be at least 21 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

We ship only to addresses in the United States. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to buying, keeping and using research compounds where you are.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. After you place it we e-mail an invoice for the order total; your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed.

Orders are held until the invoice is paid and are not shipped before. We may cancel an order whose invoice isn't paid, an order with an error in price or description, or an order we can't fulfil; if you have paid, we refund the full amount.

Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown at checkout. Shipping is added according to the method you choose. If tax applies to your order, it is shown on your invoice.

Payment instructions are on the invoice. Nothing is charged when you place the order.

Shipping methods, prices, processing time and what happens to lost or damaged packages are described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms.

Returns, cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these terms. If something is wrong with an order, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.

Product descriptions, strengths and technical data come from our records and from the certificate of analysis for the lot, when there is one. We aim to keep them accurate, but they are provided for research reference only.

Except as stated in these terms and in our policies, and to the extent the law allows, products are provided without other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You agree to hold EvoX Biolabs harmless from claims that arise from using or handling the products in breach of these terms, including any use outside laboratory research.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where EvoX Biotech Supplies LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published on this page when the order is placed. The date at the top shows the last update.
