Privacy Policy

When you place an order: your e-mail address, phone number if you give one, name, organization or lab if you give one, shipping address, your research field and your research-use attestation, and the products, shipping method and amounts of the order.

When you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp: your message and the contact details you use.

Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your Bag is kept in your own browser's storage, not on our servers, until you place an order.

• To process, invoice, ship and support your order, and to send you its updates and tracking details.
• To check that orders meet our research-use and shipping rules.
• To keep the business, tax and accounting records the law requires.
• To protect the site and our customers against fraud and misuse.

We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for advertising.

Only with the providers that run our business, and only what each needs:

• our website host (Vercel) and our database provider (Supabase), which store and serve the site and your order;
• the shipping carrier you choose (USPS or FedEx), which receives your name and address;
• the provider that processes your payment, when you pay;
• authorities, when the law requires it.

We keep order records, including the research-use attestation, for as long as we need them to fulfil the order and to meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations. Messages are kept while they are needed to answer you.

Your order data is stored in a database that only our server can read, and staff access the admin only with their own sign-in.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to evox@evoxbiolabs.com. We may need to keep some order records when the law requires it.

This site is not meant for anyone under 21, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
